360 Land & Tree is a family owned and operated business — run by husband-and-wife team Corey Goodell and Devon Cady, right here in Maine. We handle a full range of property care needs, but trees and landscape are where our hearts are.
Corey has had a saw in his hand since he was five — but he built this from nothing. He went to work young to help keep the lights on, learning to weld, cut steel, and run heavy equipment, and tested out to earn his diploma early so he could get to work. He built a reputation as a natural on every machine he touched — a reputation that followed him into the trees, one job at a time. Along the way he developed a deep respect for trees, safety, and the craft of doing the job right. His passion is the chainsaw — watching him work a tree is like watching an artist. Every cut is intentional, every rope is set with purpose.
He specializes in the technical, hazardous removals that require precision rigging in tight spaces with zero room for error. But Corey doesn't just take the tree down and leave — he grades your lot, builds out flower beds, and leaves your property looking better than before he arrived.
Devon handles the operations side, keeping everything running smoothly from estimate to cleanup — while their two boys, ages 10 and 3, love tagging along to ‘help’ on the job. When you call 360, you're calling a family that takes your property as seriously as their own.
