Who You're Hiring
360 Land & Tree is Corey Goodell and Devon Cady — and a lot of sweat. We started with word of mouth, got busy enough to quit our day jobs, and went all in. Every truck, trailer, saw and rope we own was paid for with hard work — no loans, no investors, no one handing us a business. Trees are our passion, but we handle most outdoor work start to finish.
Corey has had a saw in his hand since he was five — but he built this from nothing. He went to work young to help keep the lights on, learning to weld, cut steel, and run heavy equipment, and tested out to earn his diploma early so he could get to work. He built a reputation as a natural on every machine he touched — a reputation that followed him into the trees, one job at a time. Along the way he developed a deep respect for trees, safety, and the craft of doing the job right. His passion is the chainsaw — watching him work a tree is like watching an artist. Every cut is intentional, every rope is set with purpose.
He specializes in the technical, hazardous removals that require precision rigging in tight spaces with zero room for error. But Corey doesn't just take the tree down and leave — he grades your lot, builds out flower beds, and leaves your property looking better than before he arrived.
Devon keeps it all running — scheduling, estimates, billing — and you'll find her on site too, running ropes, limbing and feeding the chipper. Our boys are growing up in the work and can't wait to learn every bit of it. Every job starts with a free on-site look and a clear written estimate, and ends with a full cleanup.
The Difference
A saw in his hand since age 5, with his craft honed the hard way. Precision that only comes from doing the work.
We follow ANSI Z133 tree-work safety standards on every job. Fully insured.
Tree work, excavation, grading, landscaping. No subcontractors, no handoffs.
Corey walks your property on every estimate and flags hazard trees or limbs — so you hear about a problem before it lands on your house.
Our reputation is everything. We don't advertise — we earn referrals.
We don't leave until the job is done and the property is clean.
Technical removals, tight spaces, zero drop zones. We take the jobs others won't.
What Clients Say
"Corey removed 2 large trees and 3 moderate sized trees from my property last year and did a fantastic job. He's very knowledgeable and professional. His rate is fair and he is timely and reliable. Does a great job with clean up after the job is completed."
"He really had a tight situation with a fallen spruce tree that had fallen between a shed and a barn and was hung up into another large tree — he got it down without touching either. He finished the job as promised, including hauling away the debris and complete clean-up."
"We had several trees that desperately needed trimming after a long time of neglect… Corey was efficient and cleaned up all the debris… He's a local, efficient, and nice person."
"Highly recommend Corey Goodell for tree removal. He did an excellent job removing several trees that were in a difficult location. Good, honest and hard working and the price was reasonable."
